Pawo Mindfulness

“People suffer because they are caught in their views. As soon as we release those views, we are free and we don’t suffer anymore.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

Pawo Mindfulness was founded on July 22, 2019 to help people to develop the inner warrior that dwells within in order to reach a state of living in the now, of radical acceptance, while also acknowledging one’s feelings and emotions in order to let them go.

The Tibetan word pawo is loosely translated as warrior or to be brave, and is an apt term when talking about mindfulness.  Mindfulness takes a certain amount of bravery-to face the inner demons holding us back from true happiness, release them, and end suffering.

Pawo Mindfulness is a closed Facebook group.  New members can join for a nominal fee of $250/yr and have access to members only benefits such as discounts and special offers-as well as members only content.

Those who joined Pawo Mindfulness before December 31, 2019 (The Founder’s Club) are “Members for Life,” with the yearly membership waived.
