After hearing a conversation in which a person asked why it is legal to use botox, but not steroids, I wonder why that is the case.

After some thought and encouragement, I will again be writing articles on Helium; probably sometime shortly after July 4th.

RNC Chairman Steele is accusing ABC of bias towards President Obama, and Fox News is jumping all over the story. But one must wonder, if ABC is guilty of media bias…then what is Fox?

Recently updated Blevins Blog with an update on Neighborhood Pests, referring to unruly neighbors. What can be done in regards to neighbors who not only lack respect for themselves, but others in the neighborhood?

The company I work for has a little contest going on, and I am on target to win four pretty cool prizes; I am #2 in my region (Chicago) and am nipping at the heels of the #1 guy, and #4 in the nation in the contest.

As mentioned on the New Website Format post, Blevins Blog will no longer be the main page on this website; the main page will be www.palmerblevins.net and, after Friday, Blevins Blog will still be available, but some posts and pages will only be accessible to exclusive subscribers (which is free) who follow me on Twitter, Facebook or MySpace.

The June 18, 2009 edition of Fone Smart! has been published. Due to time constraints, this issue is shorter than I wanted to make it. Topics include FairPoint replacing their CEO and RIM introducing the Tour later this summer.

The Website of Palmer Blevins undergone a face-lift and format change. In the upper center-right portion of this site, you will find links to various sub-domains that are part and parcel to this website: the veteran Blevins Ancestry Web, the ever popular Blevins Blog, and the new Fone Smart! website.

In the coming weeks, five more sub-domains are being planned: a philosophy/theology website, a government relations website (revamped), a labor movement website (with a twist), a historical site, and a Masonic website.

Blevins Blog, which is opinionated & political in nature, will still be available, but some posts and pages will only be exclusive to only subscribers. However, it will continue to be a forum for lively debate and discussion in which all view points (except ethnocentric, sexist and other hateful comments will not be) tolerated. Other other posts of a personal, professional or site nature will be posted on this main site. Many old posts will be removed from Blevins Blog and re-posted here or another relevant sub-domain.

Of course, the reader will continue to be able to explore different portions of this main site via “Archives,” “Recent Comments,” and other widgets. This site will continuously be updated whenever I have the time with relevant news and information pertaining to this site and myself. Enjoy.
